By submitting this booking request, I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. A booking request is not officially approved until THOMPSII confirms it. 2. Every booking requires a down payment before it can be approved. 3. If a booking is cancelled by the client, the down payment is non-refundable. 4. THOMPSII may refuse, postpone, or cancel a booking request when needed. 5. The client must provide correct contact information and project details. 6. Late arrival may reduce the available shooting or meeting time. 7. Extra time, extra edits, extra locations, rush delivery, or extra services may require an additional fee. 8. THOMPSII keeps the right to use behind-the-scenes photos, videos, final work, or meeting/shooting content for portfolio, marketing, and social media unless another written agreement is made before the booking. 9. The client is responsible for permissions at private locations, public venues, hotels, schools, or events. 10. For marketing, social media, websites, branding, and production work, results are not guaranteed unless clearly written in a separate agreement. 11. Final delivery dates depend on project size, client feedback, payment, and schedule availability. 12. By booking, I agree that THOMPSII may contact me by email, phone, or WhatsApp about my request.
